The key tracker mechanical peg board range is a simple peg-in peg-out system for managing and controlling keys; issuing all authorised users with personalised ‘access pegs’ guarantees that when a set of keys is removed from the system, you will be able to identify the person who removed them, at a glance. This product is relied upon 24 hours a day by property and facilities managers, retailers, manufacturers, educational establishments, Government departments, airports, emergency services, motor dealers, fleet operators and many more.

The mechanical peg board is made up of horizontal plastic tracks that can hold up to 5 key positions, and up to 150 pegs in total. Each hole holds a key position that is securely locked in by a ‘retention peg’, the ‘retention peg’ and key can only released when an ‘access peg’ is inserted that is individual to each staff member. Only one peg can be locked in at a time, meaning either the keys themselves or the staff member’s ‘access peg’ will be visible, making it easy to know who has released the keys in question. The stainless steel frame and ABS plastic mould tracks mean that your mechanical board will be safe outdoors and will last a lifetime. The pegboards are completely modular, making re-siting, or adding to, easy and hassle free, providing you with a completely flexible management solution.

‘Access peg’ colours will be selected at random. However if you would like to choose your own colours and engravings please notify us during checkout and we will be happy to arrange this for you. There are 16 colours available (Peach, Yellow, Purple, White, Red, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Lilac, Orange, Mint Green, Silver, Brown, Lime Green, Dark Green, Pink, Black) and engravings can either be alphabetic or numeric (up to 3 characters).
